Remove "tg" from po/LINGUAS until po-properties is fixed

Commit dcad786ba040413dd10e416d03d0cf7f3df226b6 introduced "tg" but
didn't add po-properties/tg.po, which is necessary in order for the
build to not break.

Therefore I'm removing tg until the file is added.
